We accepted a referral for a girl! Now we have a son and a daughter on the other side of the world waiting to be in our forever family! YAY! We are so excited!
She is estimated to be 18 months old and is a cutie pie! Keep praying for both our African kiddos as they wait to come home and for God's continued provision!

Books we're hooked on.
About once a month I want to try to share a few books that we've been enjoying. I haven't been reading a whole lot this month besides stuff for the kids.
This months picks:
The Action Bible. Caedmon devoured this for the first few weeks after getting it! It's the whole Bible is the form of a comic. The art in it is amazingly good!
WOOF. This is an old series by Danae Dobson (James Dobson's daughter). These books were just recently given to us by Jason's Aunt Cindy. I knew my dog loving son would love them!
50 Dangerous Things (you should let your children do) by Gever Tulley. Caedmon got this book for his birthday and I LOVE it! Each page is a different dangerous thing that you SHOULD let your kids do in order for them to learn from experiment and experience. I have to say though, that my kids have already done about a third of the 50 already just because they are kids and kids do dangerous stuff. I would highly recommend this book to every family. Even if you aren't adventurous, it's a humorous read for sure!
